AG Candidate McMahon spends 100k on tv buy

Republican Attorney General Candidate Jay McMahon is hitting the airwaves the last two weeks of the race. The Campaign is making a 100k advertising buy on local broadcast, cable, radio and digital.

McMahon is taking his message directly to voters especially since his opponent has turned down multiple offers to debate.

They’ll be three featured :30 second spots circulating on multiple outlets.

One of the things the 68-year-old is highlighting is the Opioid Crisis plaguing our state and nation. McMahon’s son, Joel, died of an Opiate addiction in 2008. Since his son’s tragic death, McMahon has made it his life’s mission to try and help others suffering from the disease of addiction.

During the campaign, the Father of Five has visited Boston’s “Methadone Mile” to listen to those living along this stretch and find out what needs to be done to help them. If McMahon is elected, he promises to make sure those affected get the help they need and no one has to lose their loved one to Opioids again.
