Sexual Assault is one of the most hideous crimes, it’s disgusting. Massachusetts is one of the most progressive states in the country but for some reason we still have thousands of untested rape kits. That’s unacceptable.
When I’m your Attorney General, I will order each and every rape kit to be tested on day one. Why Maura Healy hasn’t done this already is beyond me, it’s irresponsible. As a Father of two daughters, I am personally offended by the lack of effort the Attorney General has put into this issue.
I am concerned if my opponent is elected and question her silence on this issue. Considering Andrea Campbell’s brother is a serial rapist, she has failed to take a stance on this issue. And why??
The Attorney General is the top law enforcement officer in the state, an advocate for victims of crime. I will be the advocate the state needs, an Attorney who will fight for the rights of women.
